Why did Richardson Accelerate reject my CSV?

1. Make sure that your CSV follows all of the guidelines shown on the "Add Multiple" page in the Program Admin dashboard--passwords should be eight or more characters, you should be using the first three columns, and the email, name, and password headings should all be written in lowercase letters.

2. Make sure you saved the file as a CSV and not an XLS/X or spreadsheet file.

When you attempt to save a spreadsheet as a CSV, the following message will pop up. Ignore it and continue- it will not affect your spreadsheet.
