1. Contracts now have their own tab in the Tenant Dashboard. A contract dictates how many licenses each program gets and which courses the program gets access to. You have the ability to make a new contract or edit an existing contract from the Contracts tab.
2. To create a new contract, select the purple New Contract button. Fill out the fields for the new contract and select the associated course(s) at the bottom. Please note that both students and managers will now take up a seat.
Contract Fields:
- Name: The name you'd like to give the contract.
- Program: The program that will use this contract.
- Start date: The first date a program admin can add student or manager accounts to their program.
- End date: The last date a program admin can add student or manager accounts to their program.
- Admin access expiration date: The date that administrators lose access to Richardson Accelerate.
- First Student Activation Date: The first date a user may activate their account.
- Last Student Activation Date: The last date a user may activate their account.

- Type: Select unlimited if the program should have unlimited licenses; select limited if the program should have a finite number of licenses and then designate the number of seats.
- Courses: Check the box next to the name of each course users on this contract should have access to.
3. Click on the "Create" button to finish creating the contract.
