INTERNAL USE ONLY

Valid- User has logged in, activated their account and can access the course.

  • Date Added: The date the admin created the account

  • First Login Date: The date the user first logged in

    • When the user activates their account, the First Login Date field will populate with the date they logged in.

  • Expiration Date: The date the user will lose access

    • The Expiration Date field will populate when the user logs in if the Final Access Date is not set on the contract.

    • If the Final Access Date is set on the contract, that will be the Expiration Date for everyone on that contract.

  • When clicking into the user’s detail page, you’ll see the assigned contract says Active. This means the contract is active and the user has access to the course.

    • State Date: The date the user has logged into the course

    • End Date: The date the user will lose access to the course

Pending- The account has been created, but the user has not activated their account yet.

  • Date Added: The date the admin created the account

  • First Login Date: The date the user first logged in (this says “Never” because the user has never logged in)

  • Expiration Date: The date the user will lose access (This says “--” because there is no Final Access Date set and the user has not logged in yet.)

    • The Expiration Date field will populate when the user logs in if the Final Access Date is not set on the contract.

  • If the Final Access Date is set on the contract, that will be the Expiration Date for everyone on that contract.
  • When clicking into the user’s detail page, you’ll see the assigned contract says Invalid in red. Once the user logs in and activates their account, the status will change to Valid.

    • State Date: The date the user has logged into the course (Empty in this case since the user hasn’t logged in yet)

    • End Date: The date the user will lose access to the course (Empty in this case since the user hasn’t logged in yet)

Expired- A user cannot access the course if their status is Expired.

  • A user could be displayed at Expired if the expiration date is met.

    • To correct to this, just assign an active contract to the user using the Assign Contract button
