I uploaded users via CSV, but not all of them were added to Richardson Accelerate. What should I do?

1. If the student or instructor’s email is already attached to a Richardson Accelerate account, you won’t be able to add them via CSV (We only allow users to create one account per email address). Type their email into the search engine of the Tenant Dashboard to check for this.

2. You should also make sure all user passwords have eight or more characters and that there are no special characters or extra spaces in any cell. In both cases, Richardson Accelerate will email you an error message.
