“Notification Settings” page on learner User Portal
This new page in the User Portal will allow learners to opt in and out of various emails. Learners can either make changes on a course-by-course basis or across all courses.
Learners will only be able to change email settings for enabled features. For example, they will not see the option for discussion emails if the organization does not have discussions enabled. The different types of notifications and reminders available to opt in and out of are shown in the screenshot below.
Discussion Reply email - email when replies are submitted to user Discussions
Discussion invite email – email when user has been invited to a private discussion
Private Discussion email – email alerting to a new post in the a private discussion the user is a part of.
Continuous learning question email – Question of the Day email
New continuous learning cycle email – email alerting the user that a new Continuous Learning Cycle is available
