By design, two roles within Accelerate automatically receive course access:  Users and Managers (levels 1 and 2). These roles require a license. As best practice, Managers receive access to the same course(s) as their Direct Reports.  We want Managers to learn and experience the content they should be coaching to so that they are in a position to coach their Direct Reports appropriately,. Managers will be able to have more effective coaching conversations if they are coaching to the skills that they’ve learned in the same course(s) their Direct Reports are taking. Any Supervisor role (levels 3 through 5) does not automatically receive course access and thus, does not require a license.
