In Accelerate our clients can add a Senior Leader Message to their course. This senior message can be either a text, video, or image.

For video we recommend between 60-90 seconds, but can be up to 5 minutes long.

The format of the video must be an .MP4 file type, and file size must be below 250MB

FAQ:

1) Is our default text (if a client doesn't want to submit a message) the text that we give to clients as the sample early on when we send the requirements to them?

• Yes it is.

2) If a client changes the senior leader message, does it change for everyone who is in that course?  Ex:  say users had already been launched in and are now past that point in the course.  If they went back to the senior leader message, what would they see?

• Yes. If a client changes a senior leader message in a course, the changes will be applicable to everyone who is enrolled within that course.
