Users may have access to multiple courses and multiple contracts at any time. Adding a new course or contract to a user’s account will not revoke their access to other courses.

Please note that, if an administrator uploads a CSV in Program A (i.e. Level 3 of the hierarchy) that includes the account information of a user previously added to Program B (a Level 3 of another client), this user will maintain access to any and all courses and contracts assigned to them, but they will be removed from Program A and added to Program B. Make sure to check your CSV files carefully to ensure you do not accidentally move users from one program to another.
