1. Log in to the Tenant Dashboard and go to the Clients tab. Click on the "New Client" button to create a new client and start the client hierarchy setup process. The only information you'll need to add at this step is the client's name.
2. Next, go to the Divisions tab and click on the "New Division" button to create a new division. While doing so, make sure to link it to the client you just made.
3. Go to the Programs tab and create a new program. This time, be sure to link the program to the division you just created.
At this point, you have the option to create this program's program admin user and contract. The contract controls which courses users in this program will have access to and when/for how long. You can choose to complete these steps later if you'd like.
To create a program admin that doesn't already have an account, fill in the name and email address fields provided. The admin will then receive an activation email to set their password. To designate an existing user as a program admin, follow the instructions here.
To create the program's contract, fill out every field except for the optional Final Access Date field. Check the boxes next to all courses users in this program should access. For more information on what the contract fields mean and how to create a contract, click here.
When you've filled out all of the mandatory information, click on the "Save" button at the bottom of the page to create this program.
4. If your client will need special branding, go to the “Client Organizations” tab. Then click on the “New Client Organization” button to create the new client organization.
Fill out the fields as follows:

Name - Name of the client. Example: Sweetums Foundation

Slug - Name of the client, with hyphens instead of any spaces. Example: sweetums-foundation

Associated with - the level of the hierarchy where you’ll implement unique branding. This will almost always need to be set to “client.”

ID - Type in the name of the client (or division, or program, or cohort) you’re associating this client organization with. When it pops up, select it.

White logo - upload the white logo (optional)

Color logo - upload the color logo (optional)

Click on the “Save” button.
