1. Open up the Tenant Dashboard and find the program you're working with in the Programs tab. Click on the program's name to go to its details page. 

2. On this page, you'll see three tabs at the bottom: Cohorts, Program Admin Users, and Contracts. Click on the Contracts tab to see this program's contracts. 

3. Locate and click on this program's active contract (if it's an unlimited contract, you won't be able to edit the license count). 

4. On the next page, click on the "Edit" button. 

5. Scroll down until you see the "Seat Count" field. Add or subtract the number of licenses necessary - for example, to give a program that has 200 licenses 50 more licenses, change the number in this field from "200" to "250." 

6. Click on the "Update" button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
