PhoenixScheduler is the scheduling version of Phoenix focused on ensuring all deliverables conducted by the Richardson Facilitators are captured in one central local. These deliverables include Instructor Led Training, Train the Trainer, Master Train the Trainer, Virtual Training, Phone Coaching and Facilitator-driven Consulting. Kindly note that access is restricted to items assigned to a given user. The credentials to log onto this application in most cases will be firstname.lastname in conjunction with the Richardson Password, in some instances it will be firstinitial.lastname.

Dashboard

Insight in to where requests reside along with the Client’s status. There are several important icons listed on the dashboard which explain what is going on, kindly see the Legend on the left.

Event

The event is split into 5 sections: Request Information, Date Range, More Details, Location and Contact, Trainer Info.

 

Request Information

This information contains the basic information and building blocks for any request. The most pertinent information in this section are the client status which in this instance is , who the Salesperson is, Account Director (if applicable), content and material status (New, Existing, None, Revised).

 

Date Range

Can be days, half days or hourly as shown here.

 

More Details

For classroom and material languages, the spoken language and materials language are indicated if other than English as it will aid in the decision to accept or decline an event.

Location and Contact

This information is where the session will be and who correspondence will be with in instances of Phone Coaching or Webinars.

Trainer Information

This section includes the rate in which is paid in the daily or hourly increments along with the currency and how to respond to the request should it not be done in the email.

Accepting via Email

The alternative to signing into the application is to accept, tentatively accept or decline the event via the email generated from Scheduler. To the right is a sample email of what a Facilitator would see in order to make a decision based on the information. Clicking Accept or Tentative will generate an iCal download for any calendar to keep track of the event.
