- What happens if there is no Order for the Client and Division I selected?
- The Requestor will need to enter a new Order into Phoenix Order at https://phoenix.richardson.com/Phoenix/HomePage.aspx
- Why can’t I select the Trainer I want?
- During a request, the Requestor can suggest or prefer a Trainer but that person may not be available, and to get the preferred person, you may need open up the timing from say a few days to a month OR if the dates are fixed, allow the Scheduling Manager to make best decision for your client.
- What if I don’t know the Trainer assigned to my event?
- If you don’t know the Trainer and would like to educate your client, please download his/her biography from the Sharepoint webpage listed below: https://richardsonadvantage.sharepoint.com/client_services/Training%20Resources/Trainer%20Resourcing/Bios
- Can I schedule a roll-out?
- Yes and No. If the roll-out is on the same day with multiple trainers in the same location then YES. If the roll-out means several dates for the same Trainer then no, the Scheduling Manager is unable to enter any events.
- Can I email the Scheduling Manager my request information?
- No, the Scheduling Manager has no ability to create any events.
- Does Phoenix Scheduler time out?
- Yes after 20 mins of inactivity.
- Why can’t I change the price for the client?
- This is locked down based on the Order, if the price isn’t correct, update the notes in the Event Notes section. The Scheduling Manager will assess the notes and let you know if a new Order is needed.
- If I don’t update the Client Status, who does?
- If you are not updating the client status then the Scheduling Manager will. It depends on who has the relationship with the client.
- Which Order do I select? ILT, Licensing, Analytics, other?
- For this application, select only the ILT order, if you know the licensing order or any other component, you can include that in the Event Notes section.
- Do I need to be on the VPN?
- Absolutely not, this application is secure and does not live behind the VPN
