Deliverable Dashboard
Insight into what Deliverables are assigned to a given user indicating what the next due date is per Deliverable and which task(s) need to be done.
Deliverable Form
The Deliverable is split into 4 sections: Scheduler Information, Specific Details per Deliverable, Tasks and Comments.
Scheduler Information
This information contains the basic information and building blocks for any request. The most pertinent information in this section are the Event Number for reference, Content, who the Salesperson is, Account Director (if applicable), dates, location and material status.
Specific Details
On the Left, the top section is consistent and limited based on the client. Ergo, if it isn’t listed, it isn’t available.
The section on the bottom left varies based on Deliverable and is linked to the Order and Content. The information on the right is all licensing in terms of commitment type, volume, usage, balance and cost to the client.
Licensing
There are 3 input sections for licensing. Licensed User, Non-Licensed User and Observer. A Licensed User is one who is being provided access or materials to licensed content. Whether the license is part of the Delivery cost or its own cost, as long as a user is being provided content it belongs here. An Observer is one who is auditing a Training session and isn’t participating. A Non-Licensed User is one who is not utilizing the content such as digital dashboard manager (Accelerate, QuickCheck), a user going through a refresher program and lost his/her book or a secondary program for Cargill.
Tasks
This section indicates what is next for the Deliverable including what all the tasks are. As tasks are completed, indicate how many minutes it took to complete it then mark it complete.
Comments
This section is where notes are left by you for yourself or from an Account Director, RVP or the Operations Analyst to indicate changes as they occur. An email is deployed to the person assigned to the Deliverable, not a user on the individual tasks.
