1. Please make a helpdesk ticket and provide us with the following information: 

• The ID of the master course the new course should be cloned from. For example, if Developmental Coaching is the master course, the ID would be 1302. 
• The name the new clone course should have. 
• The date the new clone course will go live to the client (Cargill, S&P, etc.)

2. Please give the BenchPrep Team 48 hours advance notice when requesting a course clone. This does not include weekends, so if a course needs to be live to a client on a Tuesday, please notify BenchPrep by Friday. We are not able to clone courses in under 48 hours.
