There are typically six categories associated with a billing project (unless it is a custom-scoped project) — Customizing Summary, Development of Classroom Activities, Customization of Handbook, Trainer Prep, Design Admin, and Post-pilot Revisions. The list below outlines what each task is comprised of:

  • Customizing Summary [comprised of several interviews based on level of customization]
    • Kickoff Call(s)
    • Project Plan
    • Review Project Plan with Client
    • Customizing Interviews, # of
    • CSUM (Customizing Summary document)
    • Validate and Revise Customizing Summary
  • Development of Classroom Activities [comprised of up to 3 cases, 2 exercises, 1 drill]
    • Scenario Interviews
    • Development of Classroom Activities
  • Customization of Handbook
    • Customization of Handbook
    • Handbook Revisions (Note:  ONLY if client review of the handbook has been scoped)
  • Trainer Prep.
    • T-memo (trainer memo)
    • Trainer Prep. Calls
  • Design Admin
    • Any administrative work
    • Weekly Status Updates
  • Post-pilot Revisions
    • Edits to the content if needed
