- Development of Classroom Activities [comprised of up to 3 cases, 2 exercises, 1 drill]

- Handbook Revisions (Note: ONLY if client review of the handbook has been scoped)
- Trainer Prep.
- T-memo (trainer memo)
- Trainer Prep. Calls

- Weekly Status Updates

- Edits to the content if needed
