How do I log time in Phoenix Tracking?

The Date can be changed up to 7 days in the past except to cross a month.

To add time, select the one that needs time incurred by clicking on the  to the left of the task followed by the  option. Once in the Time Screen, add the number of hours incurred for that task that day via quarter hour increments. Should a user work on a task in the morning and return to it later in the day, know that multiple time punches are permitted on a given day if needed.

 

Adjustments

            An adjustment is a change to a punch regardless of the reason incurred. For instance, if a user enters in 15 hours for a task when it should be 1.5 hours, add a prior day punch to add a -15 hr reduction annotated to indicate the reasoning followed by the correct punch on the correct day. Kindly see the image on the right via the dashboard report view for the time punches and how they should occur.

 

Completed Tasks

 Each user must mark all their assigned project tasks except Post Pilot as completed upon finalization and shipment of project deliverables. Not marking a project complete will affect other departments.

            The action to complete a task is done in one of two manners. The first is when entering in the time, in lieu of clicking  click  or from  click on . Should a user need to uncomplete a task, simply click  followed by   in order to log additional time. No additional time can be added to any task marked complete.
