Click to the Tools button on the menu under Settings:

Click on the top button "Build for web and mobile" under Build:

Then, to check if the course is done being built, click on the "Activities" button under Settings:

This will take you to the Activity Log where you can see the process of your build:

You can see under Status if the build is complete or still in progress.
