You may want to enable or disable public discussions in a course. Here's how to do it! 

1. Access the Tenant Admin Dashboard. 

2. Select "Courses" on the left hand navigation. 

3. Locate the course you want to toggle the feature for. 

4. Select "Manage Features."

5. Locate the feature "Public discussions."

6. Toggle to "ON" state to enable public discussions in the course. Toggle to "OFF" state to disable public discussions in the course.
