If a user only has active access to a single program, then the program name will appear. If a user has access to more than one program then "Study" will appear. The last program a user accessed will be the program that opens up when selecting "Study." If you have access to multiple programs you will also have a drop down menu to the right of the Richardson or client logo that allows you to toggle between all programs you have access to. If you once had access to two programs, but access to one of the programs has expired, then you will see the name of the single active program instead of "Study."
