After a user has accessed a course on three unique days, the NPS survey will pop up the next time they load their course. This ensures that users who complete the survey have enough experience with the course to provide an informed answer. After viewing the pop-up, the user has the option to answer the question or dismiss the message, but they will continue to receive the pop-up upon each login until they provide their answer. Users can provide each of their courses with a unique score; they will need to visit each course on three or more unique days to trigger the pop-up.
