1) Can we reinstate a contract that is already expired?
Unfortunately, no. A new contract has to be created for these already existing users.
2) Will these users lose their progress?
If they are under the same course, they will not lose their progress!
3) Will a new activation email be sent out again?
A confirmation email will be sent out, but not a new activation email since their accounts have already been activated!
