My student is using a generated email address to log in and forgot their password. What should I do?

INTERNAL USE ONLY
1. On the Program Admin dashboard, click on the name of the student you need to help log in.
2. Click on the “Edit” button next to the user’s name to bring up a page where you can type in a new password.
3. Click on the “Update Student” button to save the new password. You should see a header that says “Student successfully updated.” Make sure to give the new password to the student - once they're logged in, they can change their password.
