How do I make an already existing user a manager?

INTERNAL USE ONLY
 

1. In the “User Admin” tab, click on the name of the user you want to edit.

2. On their details page, click on the "Assign as Instructor" button. Note that this will make the user a manager, but it does not automatically assign them to a cohort, nor does it promote them in the cohorts they're already part of.
