INTERNAL USE ONLY

Cohorts can only be deleted if there are no users or managers in the cohort.

Go to the Program Admin page that the blank cohort is in and click on the "Cohorts" tab.
Select the blank cohort.
On the cohort page, select "Delete Cohort" and then a warning will appear. Select "Confirm delete" to permanently delete the cohort.
